After a long, cold, dark winter, the seeds you planted last fall are ready to blossom. Celebrate the renewal and growth of spring with this all-levels, floor-based, yin yoga practice designed to release tensions, nourish the body, mind, and soul, and reawaken energy.
I'll be joined by special guest, Jamie Mullen, who will provide healing sounds from several instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, tuned pipes, and drums. The various frequencies of sound that will be experienced have been known to bring forth awakened, balanced, and focused energy, clear and creative thinking, a sense of calm, a vision of resolve, and an overall feeling of well-being.
