Want to meditate but find it difficult to focus? Feeling discouraged by the usual New Year’s resolutions? Enjoy coloring for the opportunity it gives to express your creativity and relieve stress?
If you answered yes to any of these, Meditating with Mandalas is for you. Found across cultures, mandalas can represent not only the cosmos but your own inner world. They can make meditation more accessible and facilitate connection to your inner wisdom helping you to discover your heartfelt desires and to set meaningful intentions that will support your journey.
During this 2-hour workshop, you will be guided by your inner wisdom as you create a mandala, nourish and balance the body with a 30-min all-levels yoga asana practice, and finally quiet the mind as you meditate on your creation. Leave feeling more centered - body, mind, and spirit.
Materials will be provided; you may wish to bring a journal.
